Operate on manual mode if you’d like to keep the blower on, or use the Auto Mode if you’d like it to automatically turn on or shut off when your space reaches your desired temperature.

Is there any assembly required?

Yes. A light-touch assembly of fastening the blower to the back of the Stove or Fireplace and routing the wire harness and switch to the control panel. Plug into a standard 120 volt outlet.

Is there any maintenance required?

Perform routine annual cleaning at the beginning of the heating season. Vacuum around inlet slots, motor and blower wheel.

Does the Blower operate automatically?

Yes, the blower has a temperature switch that will automatically cycle the blower on and off as the stove or fireplace burner comes on and off. The Blower also has a manual ON/OFF switch if a consumer desires to operate the blower continuously.

Where does the Blower attach on the Stove and Fireplace?

The blower attaches to the top back of the Stove or Fireplace and the ON/OFF/AUTO switch is on the control panel behind the lower front panel.

Can I use this Blower on other Stove and Fireplaces?

No, the blower can only be used on Hearth and Home Dynamics products.

How much does the blower cost?

There was a delay in shipments and the item is currently out of stock. The blowers will be sold through lowes.com. You will have to check back with Lowe’s on a price. Hope this helps.

Will the Gas Fireplace and Stove work without the blower?

Yes. Both products function without the blower. The blower allows you to better distribute the heat throughout your space. Hope this helps.

Is there any other blower that will work with the Gas Fireplace (item #HHFPDF32F1) or Gas Stove (item #HHSTDF26I)?

No. The blower #HHFAN100 is the only item designed to fit our gas stove and fireplace systems.
